Parts fail differently in each of these segments, and the requirement that dominates in one is often irrelevant in another. That is why compound selection starts from the application rather than from a catalogue.
Parts are developed together with the customer's engineering department. Because we mix our own compounds, the elastomer is chosen against the substances the part will actually meet in service, as well as colour, hardness and mechanical requirement.
Grommets, gaskets and cable-entry seals for optical terminal boxes, FTTx enclosures and EV charging cabinets. These share one problem: an outdoor housing that has to stay sealed for years against water, dust and temperature cycling — in a component nobody inspects until it fails.
Elastomer components for self-service terminals and cash-handling equipment. Parts run continuously in unattended machines, so service life and consistency between batches matter more than unit cost — a field failure means a technician visit, not a rejected part.
Keg neck seals, centring cups, grippers, flanges, valve seats, sealing discs and repair kits for filling and dispensing equipment.
Extruded and cut closure bushes for detonator assemblies, produced in continuous series for export. This segment is driven by dimensional consistency, traceability and batch-to-batch repeatability rather than by unit cost — and it is where our extrusion lines and our in-house compounding work together most closely.
Rings, oil seals, bushings and sleeves, produced to customer drawing for vehicle and component manufacturers.
Extruded profiles, cord and tubing produced on three extrusion lines with hot air tunnel vulcanisation. Sections are produced to customer drawing and cut to length.
